This is done by using VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) in essence it uses your Broadband connection to enable you to use this for phone calls.
VoIP Express
VoIP Express is a hosted single user solution. With an easy to use web based portal, you will be able to control items like black list & white list (for call screening), SMS, Call forwarding, and Voice Mail.
This is a Pre-Pay service, there is a monthly fee, and then you can choose to either top up, as and when you need to, or by having a fixed automatic regular top up.
Call credit is valid for 90 days, and is not refundable.
VoIP Enrich
VoIP Enrich is a hosted solution for multiple users. With all the features of VoIP Express, as well as items like Auto Attendant, Hunt Groups, call queue, follow me, and Extension-level outgoing call permission
Monthly service rental is charged in advance, and chargeable calls are billed in arrears in a single bill.
Standard Telephone Lines
We can also provide normal telephone lines, and connection with better call rates than you get with other providers.
